This project was originally all farm field. We provided full engineering services all the way through construction completion. This also involved a parcel that was subdivided off and used as a residence for the manager.

The septic system was abandoned and a new one installed in the front to make room for a pad large enough to hold an air conditioned tent for a wedding along with a total landscaping and patio makeover.
